The Project Coordinator is a role responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of ERP implementation projects. Working closely with the Lead Functional Consultant and Customers, you will handle the administrative and operational "gears" of the project—tracking schedules, managing documentation, and ensuring clear communication between clients and the delivery team. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who excels at multitasking and keeping complex workstreams on track.
Responsibilities:
• Project Support: Assist in the end-to-end coordination of ERP implementations, change requests, and support projects.
• Schedule Maintenance: Update and track project plans, resource allocations, and timelines; follow up with team members to ensure tasks are completed on schedule.
• Communication & Documentation: Prepare and distribute project status reports, meeting minutes, and action logs. Maintain a centralized and audit-ready project repository.
• Tracking & Escalation: Monitor project milestones, deliverables, and dependencies. Proactively identify and escalate potential risks or blockers to the Project Manager.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Serve as a secondary point of contact for vendors, subcontractors, and clients to coordinate meetings, workshops, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Administrative Governance: Manage project-related administrative tasks, including tracking project expenditures against budget and assisting in the preparation of management reports.
