• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Finance, Business, or related field.
• 5–7 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Solid understanding of software development and familiarity with web technologies.
• Experience working with Agile teams and backlog management tools.
• Understanding of cloud technologies.
• Familiarity with APIs & Integration Protocols including REST/SOAP, FIX protocol, or similar trading interfaces.
• Knowledge of capital markets regulations (e.g., MAS guidelines, trading, compliance) will be an added advantage.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively in Mandarin required.
