Role Description

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven HR professional to join our team as a Project Operations HR Executive. Reporting to the Project Operations HR Lead, you will lead recruitment efforts while supporting key HR functions such as onboarding, training coordination, and employment changes. The ideal candidate has strong sourcing and stakeholder management skills, a keen eye for talent, and the ability to manage multiple hiring processes efficiently. You should be organised, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Role Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for Operations, Technical and Retail units, including job postings, screening, interview coordination, and offer support.

• Support the full employee lifecycle, including preboarding, onboarding, employment changes, performance processes, training coordination, and offboarding.

• Manage HR documentation, contracts, amendments and confidential employee records, maintaining accurate trackers and personnel files across SharePoint and HR systems.

• Assist employees with HR transactions, including payroll inputs, benefits enrolment, and leave matters, and consolidate timesheet, shift, and incentive data for payroll submission.

Required Education and Experience:

Role summary

Kyoob is hiring a Project Admin & HR Executive to own day-to-day project administration and documentation — including authority submissions, EOIs, tender documentation, fee proposals, and audit readiness — while also supporting general office administration and providing HR coverage when required.

What you’ll do (project administration — main scope)

• Prepare and coordinate authority submissions, EOIs, tender documents, and fee proposals
