About This Role

We are looking for a Program / Project Management Lead to drive end-to-end delivery of New Product Introduction (NPI) and prototype initiatives with a strong AI focus.

This role is critical in accelerating innovation and ensuring seamless execution across global teams, enabling successful product launches and measurable business outcomes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

▪ Lead end-to-end delivery of NPI and prototype programs, ensuring alignment to scope, timelines, and quality expectations

▪ Develop and manage program plans, governance frameworks, and reporting mechanisms for multiple concurrent initiatives

▪ Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including business, engineering, partners, and channel teams across Singapore, India, and Europe

▪ Translate business requirements into structured delivery roadmaps with an AI-driven and data-informed approach

▪ Manage interdependencies, risks, and issues, proactively driving mitigation strategies

▪ Track and report program performance using defined KPIs and milestones

▪ Drive effective communication and coordination across global teams to ensure alignment and transparency

▪ Promote continuous improvement and operational excellence in program delivery

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

▪ Proven experience in program or project management within technology or digital environments

▪ Strong understanding of product lifecycle management, including NPI or product development processes

▪ Exposure to AI/ML concepts and their application in business or technology solutions

▪ Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across geographically distributed teams

▪ Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver in a fast-paced, matrixed environment

▪ Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities

▪ Experience working with cross-regional teams and managing global stakeholders

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Assistant Business Development Manager

About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and organized individual to support partnership management, stakeholder engagement, and programme coordination activities within the technology and innovation ecosystem. This role is suitable for candidates with experience in account management, programme coordination, marketing, or business support who are interested in building a career in business development and industry engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the management of industry partner accounts and maintain strong stakeholder relationships through regular engagement and follow-ups.
• Coordinate with industry partners, research collaborators, and internal teams to support partnership development and collaboration opportunities.
• Plan and execute industry events, workshops, networking sessions, and technology showcases, including logistics, participant engagement, and post-event activities.
• Support the planning and delivery of training programmes and workshops by coordinating with trainers, partners, and participants.
• Prepare presentations, reports, proposals, and marketing materials to support business development and stakeholder engagement initiatives.
• Develop clear and engaging content for outreach communications, promotional activities, and industry engagement programmes.
• Maintain accurate records of accounts, activities, programme outcomes, and stakeholder engagements, and prepare dashboards and reports as required.
• Provide administrative support for proposals, onboarding processes, membership administration, and other business development activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline.
• Experience in business development, account management, programme coordination, partnership management, marketing support, or related functions.
• Exposure to or interest in robotics, automation, advanced manufacturing, technology, or innovation-related sectors will be advantageous.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, writing, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
• Good organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
• Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional and multicultural environment.
• Experience supporting industry events, training programmes, or ecosystem-building initiatives will be advantageous.

Additional Information

• Location: West, Singapore
• Employment Type: Contract (12 months, Extendable)
• Salary Range: $3,000 – $3,100 per month
