• Engage with public, agencies, and internal stakeholders to address feedback and minimize disruption during project implementation
• Assist in project budgeting, assess progress claims, and administer contracts effectively
• Implement and monitor Earth Control Measures (ECM) and ensure site practices comply with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) requirements
• Utilize AutoCAD or BIM software proficiently to support project design and documentation
• Apply solid knowledge of LTA and PUB’s Code of Practice to ensure regulatory compliance
• Communicate clearly and solve problems effectively to coordinate with contractors and government agencies

Required competencies and certifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering recognised by the Professional Engineers (PE) Board Singapore
• Minimum 2–5 years of relevant experience in infrastructure or civil works in Singapore, specifically in drainage, sewerage, or roadworks

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Valid CSCPM (Construction Safety Course for Project Managers) or WSQ Manage Workplace Safety and Health certification is highly preferred
