We are seeking an experienced MEP Construction Director to lead site delivery on major projects in Singapore, providing technical oversight, contractor governance, and client-facing leadership. Job Scope:

• Assist in the monthly closing and forecasting process for multiple entities.

• Prepare forecasts and provide recommendations for corrective actions where necessary.

• Consolidate monthly forecasts and prepare detailed variance analysis reports.

• Investigate unusual variances and work with relevant stakeholders to resolve issues.

• Develop periodic management reports, dashboards, and presentations for management review.

Requirements :

• Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

• At least 2 to 3 years of experience in accounting, financial reporting, business reporting, or a similar analytical role

• To be able to lead an engineering and construction team carrying out construction of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical and Process) projects.
• Minimum 5 years in relevant working experience in the construction industry, preferably with working experience working in cleanrooms and other electronics and semiconductor plants.
• Candidates are preferred to have Design and Build experience in ACMV, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering and I&C.
• Works are mostly in 'live' production plants in the semiconductor, technology, and manufacturing industries in the field of Mechanical, Electrical and Process engineering.
• To lead a team of sub-contractors to the execute construction works.
• To manage on site and coordination with sub-contractors and their workers.
• Ensure all works are carried out safely as per requirements of the Workplace Safety and Health Council.
• Ensure that all construction work comply with project specifications, procedures, and requirements.
• Coordinate and monitor site progress in accordance to schedule, and report back accordingly to your project lead.
• Manage and participate in Testing and Commissioning of the completed installations with customers, sub-contractors, and/or consultants.
• Able to work with engineers, supervisors, and other project team members.
• Able to communicate effectively with client, consultants, and sub-contractors
• Able to work in a construction environment
