Overview
This role is within a well-established financial services firm in Singapore that specialises in comprehensive financial planning, with a strong focus on retirement and legacy planning for individuals and families. The organisation is known for delivering tailored, evidence-based financial advice grounded in modern financial principles.
You will join the private wealth management team as a Wealth Planner, working closely with a Senior Advisor to support client engagement and enhance the overall advisory process. This position is ideal for individuals seeking a long-term career in wealth management, even without prior financial experience, as structured training and development are provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Support client meetings by attending both virtual and in-person sessions
- Document meeting discussions, key insights, and agreed next steps
- Maintain accurate client records by updating internal systems and documentation
- Prepare presentation materials to support client engagements
- Manage post-meeting follow-ups, including correspondence and information gathering
- Coordinate with clients to schedule appointments and advance advisory processes
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of tasks and deliverables
- Utilise tools within the Microsoft 365 suite (e.g. Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) to support daily operations
- Deliver a high standard of service to enhance the overall client experience
Requirements
- A minimum of a diploma qualification
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly PowerPoint
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Good interpersonal skills with a collaborative, team-oriented mindset
- A genuine interest in supporting clients and contributing to their financial journey
- Availability to work standard office hours (Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm)
No prior financial or investment knowledge is required, as training will be provided.
