Working closely with the Customer, Project Manager and Technical Lead, you will be part of a project management team as part of an overall project implementation.

• Project Manager shall be suitably qualified personnel with experience to lead and interface with the different teams (eg. System Infrastructure team, Security Team, and Application team).
• Be the POC to present at all progress meetings, he/she shall report the progress to the Authority and Management in Steering Comms Meeting.
• Lead an engineering team to review, modify, design and implement the new and existing system, meeting the agreed timeline and budget.
• Good communication skills and able to work independently.
• Work with various department managers and Project Management Office to streamline and governance the department project management process.
• Risk management.

Qualities We Value

• Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
• Excellent project management and leadership skills preferably with PMP Certification
• Possess initiative, positive attitude and strong passion in operation support.
• Committed with good communication skills and able to work independently.
• Coordinate the contractors, customers and all the resources.
• Conflict resolution skills
• Organization and time management skills to keep projects on track and within budget
• Familiar with Government IT process and compliance will be added advantage.

Business Analyst Duties:

• Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
• User Stories: Create detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Process Analysis: Analyze and document current business processes and workflows.
• Solution Design: Work with the development team to design solutions that meet business needs.
• Testing and Validation: Prepare the test plans and test cases following with the execution of the test cases to ensure solutions meet requirements.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience: Proven experience as a Scrum Master and Business Analyst in software development.
• Agile Knowledge: Deep understanding of Agile frameworks, particularly Scrum.
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with web application development and related technologies.

• Strong experience in requirements management, process modelling (e.g., BPMN), and Agile delivery
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage stakeholders across multiple levels
