1.   Familiar with power and signalling systems.

2.   To assemble electrical power and signalling systems in accordance with customer requirement.

3.   To perform testing and acceptance test prior to installation.

4.   To troubleshoot faulty power and signalling systems.

5.   To lead and support a team for installation and testing on-site.

6.   Able to work on 12-hours shift and on weekends when necessary.

7.   Able to generate manufacturing and installation procedures.

8.   Able to design and fabricate test electrical devices for internal testing.

Electronic Engineering (Cable Harness)

Responsibilities

• Lead technical staff to plan, implement, and control projects, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines
• Execute Project Execution Plans to deliver programs, schedules, and work plans that fully comply with contractual requirements
• Conduct regular meetings with customers to review project progress and verify fulfillment of contractual and technical specifications
• Identify issues promptly and implement corrective actions to resolve problems and recover delays in schedules and budgets
• Organize and manage administrative functions and facilities to support job execution efficiently

Required competencies and certifications

• Diploma in Electronics, Communication & Computer Engineering
• Ability to generate test procedures and maintain test records according to engineering drawings

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Knowledge of ISO or IPC 620 standards (preferred but not essential for core duties)
• Willingness to undergo training provided by the company
