We are seeking a hybrid Business Analyst with deep UI/UX expertise to serve as the critical link between our business stakeholders and our design/development teams. You will be responsible for translating complex business requirements into intuitive, user-centric functional specifications, ensuring that the final application delivery aligns with both business goals and an exceptional user experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Requirement Discovery & Translation: Lead workshops with stakeholders to extract core business needs. Translate these into detailed functional requirements, user stories, and wireframes that the UI/UX team can execute.

• Gap & Workflow Analysis: Analyse existing business processes and identify opportunities for digital optimisation. Map out "As-Is" vs. "To-Be" user journeys.

• Prototyping & Visualisation: Create low-to-mid fidelity wireframes and flowcharts to validate concepts with stakeholders before moving to high-fidelity design.

• Stakeholder Management: Manage expectations by balancing technical constraints, business ROI, and user needs. Act as the "voice of the user" in business meetings and the "voice of the business" in design sprints.

• Design Validation: Review UI/UX deliverables (Figma/Adobe XD) to ensure they meet the documented functional requirements and acceptance criteria.

• UAT & Usability Testing: Define and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Work with the UX team to conduct usability testing and iterate on designs based on data-driven feedback.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, specifically within an Agile/Product-focused environment.

• UI/UX Literacy: Strong understanding of UX principles (information architecture, interaction design, accessibility) and familiarity with tools like Figma, Sketch, or Axure.

• Documentation: Mastery of writing clear User Stories, Acceptance Criteria (AC), and Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS).

• Agile Proficiency: Deep experience with Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.

The Goal:

• Zero-Gap Handoffs: The UI/UX team rarely asks for clarification on requirements because the user stories are robust and visual.

• On-Time Delivery: Application features are launched with high user satisfaction and minimal rework required during the development phase.

We are looking for a Technical Project Manager to join our Centre of Excellence for Infocomm Technology and Smart Systems. In this role, you will lead digital transformation initiatives that empower our people and master the craft of building technology for the public good. You will maintain current applications while actively identifying and executing new opportunities to enhance our Corporate Systems Ecosystem.

Core Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Manage and oversee a small team across multiple project deliveries and Proof of Concept (PoC) experimentations.

• Operational Management: Drive stakeholder engagement, vendor management, and progress reporting.

• Governance & Compliance: Manage risks, audits, security, and financial/procurement compliance for existing systems.

• Strategic Solutioning: Drive senior user engagements to recommend suitable solutions with a product mindset.

• Technology Adoption: Stay fluent with trend technologies (e.g., AI, Low-code platforms, SaaS) to address complex user problem statements.

What We Are Looking For

• Professional Experience: At least 6 years in project management with a strong portfolio of implemented products/systems.

• Strategic Thinking: Strong analytical skills with the ability to handle ambiguity and drive strategic initiatives.

• Technical Familiarity: Knowledge of modern tech stacks, including Cloud hosting environments (GCC), authentication products, and SaaS procedures.

• Communication Skills: Excellent writing and presentation skills are a must for securing buy-in from cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.

• Initiative: A "go-setter" with a strong sense of ownership and a comfort with challenging the status quo when it benefits the end-user.

• Advantageous Qualifications:

  • Working experience within a large-scale Public Sector or Government ICT environment.
