• Maintain accurate CRM records, sales pipelines, customer reports, and revenue forecasts

Requirements

• Minimum 5–10 years of experience in business development, commercial sales, or key account management within project logistics or freight forwarding
• Strong understanding of project cargo operations, international freight forwarding, and multimodal transportation
• Experience handling heavy lift, breakbulk, oversized, or out-of-gauge (OOG) cargo shipments is preferred
• Good knowledge of shipping operations, customs procedures, Incoterms, and transport coordination
• Existing network within oil & gas, offshore, EPC, marine, infrastructure, or renewable energy sectors is advantageous
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to engage senior decision-makers and manage complex commercial discussions
• Self-driven, commercially focused, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong coordination and problem-solving abilities with the capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and commercial reporting tools
