Responsibilities:
Analyze marketing campaign performance, customer behavior, and market trends to identify opportunities and risks.
Develop and maintain marketing dashboards and reports to track KPIs and ROI.
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to define data requirements and support campaign planning.
Conduct competitor analysis and market research to inform marketing strategies.
Use data visualization tools to present insights clearly to stakeholders.
Identify trends and recommend improvements to optimize marketing spend and effectiveness.
Operations, strategies, and specific KOL traffic analysis, performance analysis (registration conversion), etc.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or related field.
Proven experience in marketing analysis, business intelligence, or related roles.
Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
Bilingual English/Mandarin is required to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders. Additional languages would be a strong advantage.
Knowledge of digital marketing channels and metrics is a plus.
Experience with statistical software or programming languages (Python, R) is a bonus.
