We are hiring a Project Manager to lead and deliver key projects within our organisation. Candidates will be responsible for overseeing project planning, execution, and completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.

Applicants with relevant experience but at a more junior level may be considered for the role of Assistant Project Manager.

Responsibilities:

• To prepare project budget, to source suppliers and subcontractors, oversee and coordinate site activities of projects
• To develop design proposals with necessary calculation and compliance, to prepare and submit shop drawings and equipment/material for approval by Consultants and Architects
• To prepare and submit as-built drawings and operation maintenance manual, and conduct training for client during handing over of project upon completion
• To prepare and submit progress reports, proposals, requirement documentation, and presentations.Manage a team of engineers, supervisors, suppliers, sub-contractors and workers during the execution of the project.
• To monitor and follow up on construction progress, to submit progress claims and variation claims till closing of final account
• To attend site meetings with Developers, Architects, Consultants & Main contractor.

Requirements:

• Possess Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years relevant ACMV/HVAC experience in a local construction environment
• Previous experience in General Building Works / M&E services will be an added advantage
• Possess good knowledge and experience in engineering design for ACMV system
• Well-versed in the installation of ACMV equipment's chillers, AHU, VRV and split units and MV systems
• Able to lead independently with strong analytical, interpersonal & communicate skills with the ability to build good relationships with all parties

• Ability to design layouts, schematics, and technical submissions in compliance with SingaporeStandard (SS) fire codes, SCDF regulations and resolve technical queries.
• Added advantage to perform full hydraulic calculations and equipment sizing using tools such as HFC, etc.
• Prepare and submit shop drawings, as-built drawings, O&M submissions.
• Coordinate with consultants, clients, main contractors and other M&E disciplines on design and technical issues.
• Supervise a small team of engineers or site supervisors for fire protection systems related matters.
• Ensure project work is executed in compliance with engineering standards, safety regulations, and authority requirements.
• To monitor and follow up on construction progress, to submit progress claims and variation claims till closing of final account
• To attend site meetings with Developers, Architects, Consultants & Main contractors
• Ensure job are carried out with compliance to safety guideline
• To lead and communicate with our Site Engineer and Site Supervisor.
• Controlling the cost of the materials and labour.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering is mandatory.
• Diploma will be considered only if possess strong fire protection design experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Fire Protection Systems design & execution within M&E contracting projects.
• Preferred proficient in AutoCAD / Revit MEP and hydraulic calculation software (HFC or equivalent).
• Strong knowledge of Singapore Standard (SS) codes and SCDF standards.
• Track record hands on site experience completewith testing and commissioning with sprinkler, hydrant, dry riser, wet risers, hose reel, fire alarm systems, etc.
• Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively withconsultants, main contractors, clients and subcontractors.
• Proven ability to lead technical teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Familiar with construction environment, regulations and standard including WSH, MOM and Plumbing Sanitary guidelines and procedure
• Established detailed project scheduled activities including review and monitoring of construction activities programme, methods and work procedures and productivity.
• Design Development relating to Plumbing, Sanitary and Gas Services
• Work Assessment for Progress Claims and Sub-contractor’s payment
• Co-ordination and liaison with Clients, Consultants, Architect, Authorities and Project Teams.

• Perform monthly checking, inspection, testing and maintenance of all electrical tools, equipment and machinery on site
• Undertake or carry out installation for electrical works including testing and commissioning.
• Liaise and assist Professional Electrical Engineer to carry out installation, testing and commissioning for electrical services

Requirements

• Degree / Diploma in Electrical Engineering
• Certified EMA Electrical Worker License (EMA LEW Grade 8 or 9) with min 6 yrs of relevant work experience in similar capacity.
• Effective communication and negotiation skill with knowledge of the cost and pricing technique
