Assist Principal Project Manager (PRPM)/Senior Project Manager (SPM)/Project Manager (PM) in day-to-day management of the contract

- Assist Principal Project Manager (PRPM)/Senior Project Manager (SPM)/Project Manager (PM) in day-to-day management of the contract
- Advise the PRPM/SPM/PM on-site quality and safety issues
- Determine any non-conformances on works
- Liaise with the Contractor to rectify any non-conformances and document them properly
- Ensure that decisions on-site issues are conveyed to the Contractor within a reasonable timeframe
- Ensure that works are carried out according to specifications, drawings and programme without compromising on quality and safety
- Provide feedback to the PRPM/SPM/PM on quality and safety matters and suggests quality improvement measures for implementation on site
- Supervise the installation of instrumentation and monitoring of instrumentation
- Lead a team of supervisors to ensure full time supervision of works on site

- Assist in the operating of the PMCC
Requirements:
- Min Degree in Civil & Structural engineering
- Min 2 years of viaduct and/or flyover or cut and cover tunnel experience in a project/construction environment
- Proficient in relevant software programmes for planning and project work
- Pro-active team player with good analytical and communication skills
- Experience in civil/structural/geotechnical design will be an advantage.
