Position Summary

The Service Hub division at BCS provides operational support to BCS and participants. The division ensures seamless participant onboarding/offboarding, effective coordination of participant support, operational reporting, secure certificate management, timely issue resolution and service processing, as well as operational excellence.

• Experience with AWS, Azure, Alibaba Cloud, or other cloud-native banking deployments.

We are looking to hire a Payments Transformation Manager with experience in payments related technology / initiatives for our client in Singapore which is a leading global investment bank.

What you can expect:

The role will sit within ITGPST (International Technology and Global Payments Solutions Technology) APAC Strategy and Innovation function, which works with Application Managers, Enterprise Control functions and COOs across the line of businesses to establish Payments Technology Strategy.

You will oversee the analysis of internal and external change drivers and curating forward looking technology strategy for Payments flows across the region.

What you will do:

• Manage senior stakeholders communication and reporting.
• Analyse current state of technology across payment products for 12 APAC Markets.
• Develop and socialize 3, 5 and 10 year technology strategy articulating change drivers and innovation opportunities.
• Drive risk engagement & management and issue identification;
• Foster the Identify, Escalate, Debate risk culture.
• Assess regulatory (eg MAS, HKMA, CBRC, OJK, RBI, etc) changes impacting technology and operations and drive related risk mitigation program with required stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities for enhancing or streamlining execution of technology management processes; partner across multiple divisions to execute.
• Assist business and process owners with identifying the most significant risks including Audit Issues, Self-Identified Audit Issues, Compliance Identified Audit Issues, Regulatory Issues
• Practice and promote good risk culture and risk management within ITGPST, leading participation in technology strategy activities.

Your background:

• Individual with Banking/Payments domain experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT with minimum 5-7 plus years of experience.
• Relevant experience in executing Product Owner or Business Analysis functions within Banking IT/Finance IT domain.
• Knowledge of APAC regulations, payment products & understanding of regulatory risk management preferred.
• Ability to ask right questions, conduct deep dives and communicate with relevant stakeholders are the most important, desired skills.

• HR Operations: Maintenance of employees' data, preparation of employment documents, employee disciplinary matters, employees' queries, management of full set of work passes in construction sector and preparation of weekly/monthly HR reports (Info-Tech Software).

• Talent Acquisition: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including advertising, shortlisting, interviewing, and onboarding.

• Learning and Development: Work with department heads to arrange employees for training (CSOC, BCSS, Work at Height and etc.)

• Claim Management: Submission of necessary claims, including but not limited to insurance, work injury and statutory claims.

• Compensation and Benefits: Preparation of salary proposals, support the annual appraisal process

• Employee Engagement: Plan and organise employee engagement activities and/or events.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Business Development / Marketing Manager to drive business growth in façade, curtain wall, and steel/aluminium structure projects in Singapore and the regional market.

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying project opportunities, developing client relationships, supporting tender submissions, and working closely with senior management to secure landmark construction projects.

This role requires strong industry knowledge, a solid professional network within the construction sector, and proven experience in delivering successful project wins in façade or structural envelope works.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities in façade, curtain wall, and steel/aluminium structure projects.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, architects, consultants, main contractors, and government or private project owners.

• Follow up on project leads throughout the entire sales cycle, from initial engagement to tender submission, negotiation, and project award.

• Support preparation of technical proposals, tender submissions, commercial presentations, and design-build solutions in collaboration with engineering and project teams.

• Participate in client meetings, design discussions, and project presentations to promote company capabilities and secure project opportunities.

• Work closely with senior management (General Manager / Managing Director) to develop and execute business development strategies in Singapore.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and project pipelines within the construction and façade industry.

• Maintain a strong network of industry contacts, including consultants, designers, contractors, and suppliers.

• Support project handover to execution teams after contract award and ensure alignment between business development and project delivery teams.

• Assist in identifying strategic partnerships and joint venture opportunities where applicable.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related discipline.

• Minimum 5–8 years of business development, marketing, or project acquisition experience within the façade, curtain wall, steel structure, or construction industry in Singapore.

• Strong track record in securing or contributing to landmark building projects or large-scale developments.

• Solid understanding of façade systems, structural steel works, aluminium structures, and construction project workflows.

• Proven ability to engage and influence key stakeholders including developers, consultants, architects, and main contractors.

• Experience working on projects with significant contract values and complex technical requirements.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English.

• Commercially driven with strong market awareness and business acumen.

• Ability to work closely with senior leadership and support strategic business expansion initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong existing network within Singapore’s construction, façade, and building envelope industry.

• Experience working with general contractors, façade specialists, or engineering consultancies.

• Proven ability to convert leads into secured projects and long-term client relationships.
