Qualifications

Job responsibilities

• Act as the vital link between our engineering, engineering productivity, product, and business development teams and partners.
• Collaborate with the global carrier ecosystem to align their services with Android connectivity and Rich Communication Services (RCS) cross-platform service offering, supporting specific carrier integration projects on the client side as needed to ensure seamless compatibility and functionality.
• Track and evaluate key performance metrics, share findings with internal and external stakeholders to maintain alignment and measure progress toward objectives.
• Travel to partner sites as necessary to foster relationships, understand specific requirements, and provide targeted technical support, ensuring the success of collaborative initiatives.
• Translate technical requirements and issues, drive the development of tailored solutions that meet partners' needs while aligning with product objectives.

Minimum qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience troubleshooting technical issues for internal/external partners or customers.
• Experience in system design or reading code (e.g., Java, C++, Python).

Preferred qualifications

• Master’s degree in Business, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering or Applied Science, or a related field.
• 8 years of experience managing projects and working with analytics, software coding, or customer-side web technologies.
• 3 years of experience in system architecture and reading code (e.g., Python).
