Job Summary

We are seeking a visionary and experienced Dean of Academic Affairs / Chief Instructional Designer to lead the academic strategy and curriculum development of our organization. The ideal candidate will oversee instructional design, ensure high-quality learning outcomes, and drive innovation in education delivery, including digital and AI-powered learning solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead academic planning, curriculum design, and instructional strategy across programs
• Develop and standardize course frameworks, learning pathways, and assessment systems
• Oversee instructional design for both online and offline learning environments
• Ensure academic quality, accreditation compliance, and continuous improvement
• Integrate AI tools and digital technologies into curriculum and learning experiences
• Manage and mentor instructional design teams, educators, and content developers
• Conduct research on pedagogy, learning science, and education technology trends
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and operations teams to align academic offerings with market demand
• Establish KPIs for learning effectiveness, student satisfaction, and course completion rates
• Review and optimize course content to ensure clarity, engagement, and effectiveness

Requirements

• Master’s or PhD in Education, Instructional Design, Curriculum Development, or related field
• 5–10 years of experience in academic leadership, instructional design, or education management
• Proven experience designing and implementing scalable education programs
• Strong understanding of pedagogy, learning theories, and assessment methods
• Experience with online learning platforms (LMS) and digital education tools
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to drive innovation and manage cross-functional teams
