Job Responsibilities
• Provide daily IT support for the Singapore office, including managing and maintaining devices such as workstations, laptops, mobile devices, printers, IP cameras, switches, and wireless access points.
• Deliver executive level IT support and remote assistance for SHEIN employees across the APAC time zone.
• Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot, resolve, and document technical issues and improvement initiatives.
• Manage user onboarding and offboarding, including setting up accounts, systems, and orientation sessions.
• Ensure IT systems remain secure, up to date, and compliant with company policies.
• Maintain accurate documentation of IT incidents, assets, and solutions.
• Coordinate with third party service providers and external partners to ensure timely resolution of technical issues and maintain enterprise-level IT standards.
• Support and implement IT policies and procedures as required.
• Occasionally work on public holidays, with compensatory time off provided.
Job Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field OR equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in an enterprise IT support or systems administration role.
• Strong working knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, networking fundamentals, and endpoint management tools.
• Proficiency in diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving IT-related issues promptly.
• Familiar with helpdesk ticketing systems and remote support tools
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a strong customer service orientation.
• Detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities efficiently.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
