About the Role
In this role, you will partner cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Sales, Enablement, Operations, and Customer Success teams to ensure our portfolio of innovations is launched, adopted, and activated effectively.
You will own the orchestration of go-to-market readiness and product activation strategies for a portfolio of offerings ensuring internal teams are equipped, customers are excited, and adoption is accelerated.
Key Responsibilities
GTM Strategy & Planning:
Lead end-to-end GTM planning for new product releases and major solution enhancements. Align plans with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Enablement to ensure a cohesive launch strategy.
Product Activation:
Build and execute programs to accelerate internal and external product adoption across regions, personas, and industries. Ensure teams understand the value, use cases, and positioning of each solution.
Cross-Functional Orchestration:
Serve as the connective tissue between Product, Sales, Marketing, and Enablement—driving alignment, accountability, and integrated delivery across multiple stakeholders.
Sales Readiness & Enablement:
Partner with Enablement to ensure field-facing teams are equipped with the right messaging, content, and tools. Define success measures and readiness KPIs.
Internal Communications:
Develop clear, concise narratives for leadership, internal stakeholders, and field teams translating complex product or strategy updates into actionable, audience-specific communications.
Measurement & Insights:
Track and analyze GTM activation and readiness metrics. Provide reporting and insights to optimize performance and inform leadership.
