• Design, implement and maintain software modules for autonomous robot operation using the ROS2 framework.

The Network Infra Engineer is part of the 3rd Level Telco Infrastructure Operations, providing expert technical support and leadership across core infrastructure under enterprise services.

The role serves as the highest technical escalation point within the infrastructure team, ensuring service stability, secure and compliant infrastructure operations, successful implementation of complex IPVPN solutions, and continuous service improvement across multi-vendor environments (Juniper, Cisco, Fortinet).

Make an Impact by:

• Act as the 24x7 L3 escalation point for Operations and Provisioning teams on IP network issues, ensuring timely resolution of complex faults and service disruptions.
• Lead troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and resolution of complex and chronic network problems, driving preventive and long-term corrective actions.
• Provide technical leadership during major incidents, overseeing incident, problem, and change management from a technical governance perspective.
• Lead design reviews and oversee implementation, expansion, upgrades, and roll-outs of IP network infrastructure across multi-vendor environments.
• Perform risk and impact assessments for hardware/software advisories, conduct preventive maintenance, and ensure infrastructure security through audits and timely patching.
• Monitor and analyze IP network performance, proactively recommending enhancements including software and hardware upgrades to improve stability and performance.
• Work closely with vendors, partners, engineering, and cross-functional teams to resolve escalated technical issues and support new product or feature deployments.
• Prepare network performance and statistical reports and provide technical guidance and training to Tier 1 and Tier 2 engineers to strengthen operational capability.

Skills for Success:

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in similar capacity or in Service provider or carrier-grade environment experience; leadership of technical teams; security/vulnerability management exposure.
• Good knowledge on Telco and enterprise network and technologies.
• Strong understanding of routing protocols like OSPF, BGP, MP-BGP, MPLS, TE, QoS.
• Possess good level of knowledge in Internetworking, IP routing protocols, troubleshooting for MPLS/IP VPN based networks.
• Possess good working knowledge in Cisco and/or Juniper routers architecture.
• Possess good analytical and trouble-shooting skills in technical fault isolation and rectification.

As a Senior Software Engineer (Web), you will be working on:

• Partner with software engineers and other functions to understand objectives for development delivery efficiency and system resiliency, helping them articulate how specific technical capabilities and best practices will achieve key business outcomes.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of Agency's existing technical landscapes, workflows, and processes to identify inefficiencies, pain points, and gaps that hinder their goals.

• Collaborate with Agency to identify the most relevant practices (e.g., CI/CD, SRE) for using Core Engineering Products in achieving their goals, considering unique needs and industry best practices.

• Develop transition roadmaps that outline a clear path from the current state to the desired future state, including the adoption of recommended tools and processes.

• Explain complex concepts clearly to various Agency stakeholders, providing actionable recommendations for improving workflows and addressing their challenges, and providing supporting diagrams as needed.

• Support Agency with proof of concept (POC) initiatives to validate solutions, offering hands-on assistance during early implementation phases to enable smooth transitions to full-scale rollouts.

• Collaborate closely with fellow Software Engineers to exchange insights, share tools and scripts, and foster a collaborative environment that supports continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.

What we are looking for:

• 6+ years in an individual contributor software engineering role.

• Experience with React with TypeScript

• Experience with NodeJS is a plus.

• Experience with one or more of Cloud Service Providers such as AWS, Azure, or GCP is a plus

• Strong track record of successful large-scale partner solution implementations, preferably in complex enterprise environments

• Exceptional communication skills with ability to bridge technical discussions between internal teams and external partners

• Experience working in highly secured and air gap systems is a plus (i.e. banking, government systems and similar)
