Requirements:

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation, or a related engineering discipline.
• At least 2 years of experience as a Field Application Engineer or Application Engineer  roles supporting motion control systems, industrial automation solutions, robotics, or high-precision equipment.
• Solid fundamentals in control systems, servo drives, motors, and power electronics, with hands-on system integration exposure.
• Comfortable with basic programming or scripting (e.g. Python, C/C++) for application development and troubleshooting; strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable with business travel around APAC and to HQ.

Role

As a Robotics Software Testing Engineer, you will collaborate with fellow engineers in maintaining and testing software for robotics, in the domain of industrial factory automation. You will play a key role in ensuring software stability and compatibility, by designing and implementing comprehensive and automated test suites. You will work closely with engineers and stakeholders to design testing pipelines with hardware in-the-loop. You will assist in the upkeep of Open-RMF, interacting with users and the open source community on matters of issues, fixes, and feature requests.

Responsibilities

• Build workflow and approval management system with automated routing, officer dashboards, notifications, and approval hierarchies with digital authentication
• Create reporting and analytics dashboards for application pipelines, evaluation metrics, approval rates, processing times, and custom report generation
• Integrate with market data providers (Pitch Book, Tracxn) to aggregate and analyse FinTech investment data and company profiles
• Build automated presentation generation tools for producing slides on FinTech ecosystem for stakeholder briefings and strategic planning
• Conduct user acceptance testing and provide technical documentation

Requirements:

• 4–7 years of experience in software development
• Experience building end-to-end systems (not just small features)
• Build systems, connect data, create dashboards, and make sure everything works smoothly.
• Connect to external data sources (like Pitchbook / Tracxn) to pull FinTech data
• Build tools that automatically generate presentation slides
• Test the system (UAT) and write documentation
