JOB DESCRIPTION :

1. Perform various types of testing including functional testing, API testing, and/or usability testing for assigned projects or products. 
2. Support and participate in performance testing and test automation testing activities. 
3. Perform testing activities, including test case design, test procedure preparation, test data creation, and test execution. 
4. Identify and document defects discovered during testing through Test Incident Reports 
5. Track and follow up on reported defects to ensure timely resolution, closure, or proper mitigation. 
6. Provide regular status updates and reports to the manager on testing progress, issues, risks, and overall quality status of assigned projects or products. 
7. Prepare and maintain testing deliverables in accordance with established standards, best practices, and audit or compliance requirements. 
8. Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to clarify requirements, reproduce issues, and improve overall product quality. 
9. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the company from time to time. 

JOB REQUIREMENT :

1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology, or a related field, and/or relevant professional certifications. 
2. Minimum 2 years of working experience in software testing/ quality assurance or related field. 
3. Good understanding of the software testing lifecycle and structured testing processes. 
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with good presentation skills and a high level of written and verbal communication in both English and Bahasa Malaysia. 
5. Basic understanding of programming languages, networking, or system infrastructure will be an added advantage.

This is a dynamic, hybrid engineering role designed for long-term growth. A substantial portion of your initial focus will be on iteratively establishing the testing strategy - tackling the unique challenges of LLM evaluation, RAG accuracy, and real-time streaming, while retrofitting automation onto the existing codebase. Core Responsibilities (QA & Automation Focus)

• AI/LLM Evaluation & Data Governance: Develop "Golden Datasets" and securely generate synthetic test data, ensuring strict adherence to IM8 data masking and anonymization policies (e.g., ensuring no production PII leaks into SIT/UAT environments). Leverage internal toolkits (Moonshot) and platforms (Litmus) to evaluate prompt regressions, manage inherent LLM non-determinism (mitigating "flaky" tests), and track AI quality metrics.
• API & Streaming Testing: Design tests for Server-Sent Events (SSE) to validate stable streams, timeout handling, and accurate JSON parsing. Validate FastAPI endpoints focusing on complex state transitions (e.g., Bot Approval workflows).
• Codebase Transition & Retrofitting: Collaborate alongside existing vendors during an overlap period to audit the current codebase, reverse-engineer existing workflows, and iteratively retrofit comprehensive automated tests onto the running system to ensure long-term stability.
• Security & Sandbox Testing: Rigorously test the AI Marketplace's Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) and tenant isolation. Validate the security and lifecycle of Agentic "Code Interpreter" sandboxes, ensuring isolated execution and proper environment cleanup.
• E2E UI Automation: Iteratively build and maintain an E2E suite using Playwright or Cypress (TypeScript). Validate dynamic UI components (Mermaid.js, markdown), file upload workflows, and secure browser live-view functionalities.
• CI/CD & Quality Gates: Work closely with the DevSecOps Engineer to execute test suites seamlessly within self-hosted GitLab CI/CD pipelines. Establish strict "Quality Gates" (e.g., automatically blocking deployments if regression thresholds or hallucination rates are exceeded) while navigating the constraints of a restricted government network.
• Performance & Load Testing: Utilize tools (e.g., k6, Python asyncio) to simulate concurrent SSE connections. Monitor and manage AWS Bedrock Token/Request per minute (TPM/RPM) limits to prevent throttling under load.

Cross-Functional Responsibilities (Growth Focus)

• Feature Development: As the automated testing pipeline stabilizes, transition into writing production code. Pick up development tickets alongside the Full-Stack and GenAI engineers (e.g., bug fixes, building internal dashboards, API enhancements).
• Data & Analytics Support: Leverage your database and data-validation skills to assist in laying out the groundwork for the upcoming internal Data Platform.

Qualifications

• Experience: 3+ years of experience in Software Engineering, SDET, or highly technical QA Automation roles, with a demonstrable commitment to software quality.

What you will do:

ROLE OVERVIEW 

We are looking for a high-caliber Technical Delivery Manager to lead large-scale digital transformation projects. The ideal candidate is a "Hands-on Leader" who possesses a deep technical foundation across the entire Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and excels in strategic Presales. You will be responsible for ensuring technical excellence, managing cross-border teams, and acting as the bridge between business requirements and successful technical execution. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

A. Presales & Technical Consulting 

• Bid Management: Lead technical responses for strategic RFPs, RFIs, and ITQs, ensuring all business and technical requirements are thoroughly addressed. 

• Solutioning & Estimation: Develop detailed Fixed-Price Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and high-level project roadmaps. 

• Resource Planning: Build comprehensive Staffing Plans, identifying key roles and optimizing resource allocation for bid competitiveness. 

• Financial Strategy: Collaborate with stakeholders to define solution costing, pricing strategies, and "Win-Themes" for high-value tenders. 

B. Technical Governance & Architectural Oversight 

• Architectural Reviewer & Governor: Serve as the final technical authority to review and validate system designs and architectures, ensuring alignment with C4 Model (Context, Container, Component, Code) standards. 

• Infrastructure Oversight: Provide strategic guidance and technical validation for complex infrastructure designs, such as active-active hot-standby topologies and multi-country API gateways. 

• Migration Steering: Oversee the migration of legacy on-premises monoliths to modern microservices architectures, ensuring cloud-native best practices are followed. 

• SDLC Quality Gates: Act as a subject matter expert to enforce technical excellence. Establish and lead Quality Gates to maintain rigorous standards for system scalability, reliability, and security (DevSecOps). 

• Problem Solving: Leverage a deep technical foundation to provide hands-on resolution for critical technical roadblocks when escalated. 

C. Project & Delivery Management 

• Methodology Mastery: Execute projects using Agile/Scrum, Waterfall, or Hybrid models, ensuring Quality, Cost, and Delivery (QCD) targets are met. 

• Risk & Governance: Maintain project Risk Registers and lead mitigation strategies for complex cloud migrations (Azure GCC 2.0, AWS). 

• Cross-border Leadership: Manage and mentor high-performing teams (30-50 engineers) across multiple locations (e.g., Singapore and Vietnam). 

• Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary technical point of contact for C-level executives and government agency liaisons. 

TECHNICAL EXPERTISE 

• Cloud & Infrastructure: Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure (GCC 2.0, APIM, SQL MI, Cosmos DB) and AWS. 

• Full-Stack Oversight: Proficiency in reviewing and guiding development in .NET Core, Node.js, Java, and ReactJS. 

• Database & Data: Expertise in MS SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and NoSQL databases, experience with real-time data pipelines using Redis. 

• DevSecOps: Deep understanding of CI/CD pipelines (SHIP-HATS, Jenkins) and security tools (SonarQube, Fortify, NexusIQ, VAPT). 

JOB REQUIREMENTS 

• Experience: Minimum 11 years in the IT industry, with at least 7 years in leadership roles (Delivery Manager, Solution Architect, or Senior TPM). 

• Track Record: Proven experience managing projects with a Total Contract Value (TCV) of $1M - $5M+. 

• Standards: Familiarity with regulated environment standards such as Singapore Government and IM8 is highly preferred.

Data Center Sourcing Manager

Job Summary

Altuscloud is seeking a Data Center Sourcing Manager to support the sourcing and procurement of colocation capacity for our cloud infrastructure platform. This role will be responsible for identifying suitable data center partners, conducting technical and commercial evaluations, and supporting vendor selection and contract negotiations to secure reliable and cost-effective infrastructure capacity.

The successful candidate will work closely with Engineering, Infrastructure, and Commercial teams to support the Company's regional growth and expansion plans.

Key Responsibilities

Data Center Sourcing & Procurement

• Support the development and execution of data center sourcing strategies to meet business growth requirements.
• Identify, evaluate, and engage potential colocation providers and infrastructure partners.
• Conduct technical and commercial assessments of data center facilities and service offerings.
• Support capacity planning activities and assist in securing suitable colocation space, power, and connectivity resources.
• Maintain relationships with existing and prospective data center providers.

Technical Evaluation

• Perform technical due diligence on data center facilities, including:Power availability and redundancyCooling systems (air-cooled and liquid-cooled environments)Network connectivity and carrier ecosystemSecurity, operational processes, and facility resilience

• Review pricing structures, service level agreements (SLAs), and commercial terms.
• Coordinate internal approvals and maintain procurement documentation.

Market Research & Industry Analysis

• Monitor market developments, pricing trends, and capacity availability across key regions.
• Conduct competitive and market analysis to support sourcing decisions.
• Provide insights and recommendations on emerging data center technologies and infrastructure trends.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Collaborate with Engineering, Infrastructure, Operations, Finance, Legal, and Business teams throughout the sourcing lifecycle.
• Support contract review and vendor onboarding processes.
• Participate in internal planning and reporting activities related to infrastructure expansion projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• At least 4 years of relevant experience in data center sourcing, colocation procurement, infrastructure procurement, vendor management, or related fields.
• Experience evaluating or procuring data center capacity, including colocation space, power, cooling, and connectivity services.
• Good understanding of data center infrastructure concepts, including power density, cooling technologies, redundancy models, and networking fundamentals.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work effectively with both technical and commercial teams.
• Strong organizational and project coordination capabilities.
• Willingness to undertake occasional regional travel when required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting cloud infrastructure, AI infrastructure, high-performance computing (HPC), or related technology environments.

We are looking for a hands-on Technical Procurement Manager to join our Supply Chain team in Singapore. In this pivotal role, you will be the key link between innovation and supply chain execution, ensuring the successful sourcing of critical electronic components for our hearing aids and accessories.

You will play a vital role in securing our supply chain resilience by supporting New Product Introduction (NPI) projects and leading "2nd Sourcing" initiatives. You will work closely with a global matrix organization, including R&D, Engineering, Quality, and Strategic Procurement, to identify cost-effective components that meet the strict standards of medical device manufacturing.

More about the role:

• New‑Product Sourcing

 Work with R&D and Strategic Procurement to define technical and cost requirements for hearing‑aid components (e.g., ICs, MEMS microphones, batteries, PCBs, plastics, connectors).

 Identify and evaluate new suppliers for electronic and mechanical parts used in small‑form‑factor medical‑device products.

 Support supplier qualification, sample testing, and first‑article inspections for new products.

• 2nd‑Sourcing & Risk Mitigation

 Lead or support 2nd sourcing projects for key components to reduce single source risk and improve cost partnering effectively with measure owner in strategic procurement.

 Compare current and alternative suppliers on price, quality, capacity, and lead time.

 Help launch second source parts through validation, change control, and documentation.

 Technical & Supplier Evaluation

 Review technical data, drawings, and process capability of suppliers (e.g., SMT, injection molding etc.).

 Coordinate reliability tests and first‑article inspections where needed.

 Ensure suppliers meet basic medical‑device quality expectations.

• Cost‑Down & Value Engineering

• Cross‑Functional Collaboration

 Be the main procurement contact between R&D, Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, Supply Chain and suppliers for sourcing and qualification topics.

You are a technically savvy procurement professional with a solid foundation in electronics manufacturing. You are comfortable diving into technical data and drawings and can communicate effectively with both engineers and suppliers. We value analytical rigor and the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, Materials, or Supply Chain.

• 7 years of experience minimum in sourcing, procurement, or engineering within the electronics, medical device, or consumer hardware industry. Experience with hearing-aids or audiology products is a distinct advantage.

• A practical understanding of electronic components (PCBs, ICs, MEMS) and precision plastic parts used in small-form-factor devices.
