Role Overview

We are seeking a data-driven App Marketing Manager to own and optimize paid mobile acquisition campaigns across multiple platforms. This role focuses on driving high-quality installs, bookings, and revenue growth while improving efficiency and incrementality.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize paid app acquisition campaigns across platforms such as Google App Campaigns, Apple Search Ads, Meta, and TikTok.\
• Support ASO initiatives including CPP / CSL and store listing optimization
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize toward installs, bookings, and revenue growth.
• Conduct A/B tests on creatives, bidding strategies, and campaign structures to improve performance.
• Analyze campaign data and provide performance insights and reporting to support decision making.
• Collaborate with creative, data, and product teams to improve campaign performance and user acquisition strategy.

Educational & Professional Background

• Experience managing paid campaigns for mobile apps is strongly preferred.

Technical Skills

• Hands-on experience managing campaigns on Google App Campaigns, Apple Search Ads, Meta Ads, or TikTok Ads.

Responsibilities

Delivery & Execution (Primary Focus)

• Owns sprint planning, backlog grooming, and delivery cadence for the team — ensuring commitments are met, and scope is managed proactively.
• Drives project execution from requirements through to production deployment, coordinating across dependent teams when necessary.
