Job purpose:

The incumbent will play a pivotal role in ensuring the team’s upholding of strict compliance with anti-money laundering and sanctions guidelines, all relevant/related regulations and internal guidelines. ROLE OVERVIEW

We are seeking a Senior Technical Delivery Manager with deep equities technology expertise to lead complex, cross-functional delivery programmes across our client in Singapore. This is a high-autonomy, high-visibility role for a self-starter who can drive delivery from initiation through to go-live with minimal supervision, working across front-office trading systems, market data infrastructure, order management and cash management platforms.

You will serve as the primary technical delivery interface between Synechron, its clients, and third-party vendors — owning end-to-end programme governance, risk management, and stakeholder communication.

Job Responsibilities:

Technical Delivery Leadership

• Own end-to-end delivery of equities technology programmes across front office, market data, OMS and cash management workstreams.
• Define and manage delivery roadmaps, project plans, resource models and budget forecasts.
• Drive technical solution design reviews, architecture decisions and integration approach across distributed teams.
• Establish and enforce delivery governance frameworks, milestone tracking and quality gates.
• Lead programme status reporting to senior stakeholders and steering committees.

Equities Technology Domain

• Lead delivery of equities trading platforms including electronic trading, algorithmic execution and DMA infrastructure.
• Manage real-time market data integration — Bloomberg, Reuters/Refinitiv, exchange feeds — including price normalisation, latency management and feed monitoring.
• Oversee Order Management System (OMS) implementations and upgrades, including FIX connectivity, order routing, execution and allocation workflows.
• Deliver cash earmarking and pre-trade controls — ensuring funds availability checks, settlement obligation tracking and real-time position management are correctly implemented.
• Integration of cash earmarking with OMS pre-trade risk controls and post-trade settlement flows.
