Technical Support

• Configure and maintain workstations and laptops.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Experience: 5+ years of hands-on experience in a formal enterprise-level development environment.

• Technical Skills:

o Strong expertise in Rust/ JAVA/ C# (async/await, concurrency, memory/ownership model, multi-threaded programming) and solid software design skills.

o Able to use C# and .NET Core to read, support, and contribute to .NET services where needed.

o Proven experience in building connected, service-oriented applications (e.g., REST/gRPC, microservices).

o 5+ years’ experience with enterprise messaging systems (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ, SQS/SNS).

About the Role

We are seeking a visionary and execution-oriented Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead the company's global technology strategy, architecture, engineering delivery, infrastructure, security, and innovation agenda. Experience

• 15+ years of technology leadership experience, including 5+ years in a CTO, VP Engineering, Head of Engineering, or equivalent executive role.

• Strong understanding of regulated financial services environments.
