The System Analyst will be part of the Customer Onboarding Program within Customer & Wealth Management. The role is responsible for end-to-end system analysis, translating business requirements into Functional Specifications (FS) and Technical Design Specifications (TDS) across multiple functional domains and technologies.

This role works closely with business users, vendors, developers, and testing teams to ensure secure, compliant, and high-quality delivery aligned with the bank’s System Delivery Methodology (SDM).

Key Responsibilities

1. System Analysis & Design

• Understand and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications
• Lead end-to-end requirements gathering, solutioning, and technical design
• Ensure system features meet business, security, reliability, and performance requirements

2. Project Delivery & Coordination

• Assist the Technical Delivery / Development Manager in planning, tracking, and implementation
