· With experience in development of mobile app (Andriod or IOS) will be a plus

· Must be able to install, setup and configure the development tools/environment independently

· Must be able to work independently on design, coding, debugging, troubleshooting and deployment and any other programming related issues

· Experience with MSSQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL & MS Access and in in setup, install and maintain DB server

· Experience in integrating with third party software or APIs & IOT device drivers

The Application Analyst will be part of the Digital and Information Technology team to implement, maintain and support IT systems in use at Thomson Medical Centre. The IT systems primarily include Electronic Medical Record System and other clinical related management systems. He/She will work closely with hospital and clinical business stakeholders to ensure that IT systems meet the business operational needs.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their business operation process and requirements

• Work with the team to propose appropriate IT solutions that can streamline and improve business operations

• Accountable, troubleshoot and resolve daily IT systems issues reported within SLA, working closely with vendors, key stakeholders and cross-functional team members

• Prepare and maintain IT Systems documentation such as functional specification, design specification, test specification, operation and user guide

• Manage, perform and support User Acceptance Testing

• Good conversational skills and ability to conduct end user training

• Work closely and support Reporting Officer in the procurement, acquisition and implementation of IT systems

• Covers duties of fellow colleagues in their absence

• Performs any other job-related duties as assigned

• Demonstrates a strong work ethic, embracing the demands of tight deadlines and high expectations

• Strives to meet project timelines and objectives with dedication and efficiency

REQUIREMENTS

• Degree in IT or equivalent
• Min 3 years of working experience as an application analyst role in healthcare
• Good knowledge in process and workflow mapping and analysis
• Involved in IT systems implementation, preferably EMR or other clinic related systems implementation
• Good skills in MS Office software such as MS Excel, MS Powerpoint and other job-related applications
• Proficient in written and spoken English

5. Should have domain experience in AML/KYC/Compliance and Data/Analytics.
6. Previous technical experience is beneficial.
