• Lead integration initiatives between Salesforce and enterprise systems using APIs and middleware technologies.
• Ensure compliance with security, governance, and data protection standards.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across engineering processes, automation, and platform performance.
• Support hiring, performance management, capability development, and technical coaching within the engineering team.

Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related discipline.
• 10+ years of software engineering experience with at least 6–8 years focused on Salesforce development and architecture.
• Proven experience managing engineering teams and delivering enterprise-scale Salesforce implementations.
• Strong expertise in:
• Salesforce Service Cloud
• Apex
• Lightning Web Components (LWC)
• Salesforce APIs and integrations
• CI/CD and DevOps practices
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience with enterprise integration patterns and cloud-based architectures.
• Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I/II, Application Architect, System Architect, or Advanced Administrator are preferred.
• Experience with OmniStudio or enterprise case management solutions is advantageous.
• Prior experience delivering large-scale digital transformation initiatives is a plus.
