About the Role

Reporting to the VP of New Product Development within the CTO organisation, the ‘Head of Design Management – Experience’ will build, lead, and inspire a new team of Experience-led Design Managers at Dyson. We are looking for a driven and people-oriented Head of Customer Service & Support to establish and lead our customer-facing function from the ground up. Responsibilities:

• Manages and leads a program involving multiple functions and project teams to drive the engineering development and implementation process for a product or service offering.
• Develops and directs development of schedules, critical deliverables, budget, resource allocation plan, and other support requirements for assigned program.
• Manages activities of supporting project teams and internal development partners; ensures progress against established plan and makes determinations based on analysis of business information to alter or update schedule and resource allocation to meet product requirements and development schedule.
• Communicates program progress, escalations, and issue analysis to product stakeholders; collaborates with management and internal manufacturing and development partners to recommend and implement changes to product, processes, or business practices to resolve escalated issues, produce solutions, and ensure adherence to budgets and established product roadmaps and schedules
• Drives innovation and integration of new technologies and quality initiatives into project and activities in the manufacturing and/or engineering organization.
• Leads and provides guidance and mentoring to less-experienced staff members.
• Drives Joint Development Model (JDM) engagements with external development partners, ensuring alignment on hardware deliverables, execution milestones, resource coordination, budget tracking, and cross-functional integration to achieve program objectives.

Education and Experience Required:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Management, Engineering, Computer Sciences, or equivalent.
• PMP/PMI certification preferred.
• Typically, 6-10 years' experience.

Knowledge and Skills:

• Extensive experience with using project and program planning tools and software packages to create, manage, and track project results.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated business acumen and successful experience managing all aspects of programs, including communicating with stakeholders and directing matrixed teams and resources.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; mastery in English and local language
• Ability to effectively communicate program plans, proposals, and results, and negotiate options at senior management levels.

The Technical Delivery Manager is responsible for overseeing the delivery of IT projects and services to clients. This role involves managing a team of technical professionals, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, excellent project management skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

·         Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, project managers, and other stakeholders, to ensure alignment and effective communication.

·         Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members to ensure high-quality deliverables.

• Minimum 8-10 years of experience in software development, with at least 3-5 years of leadership experience in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of Project software development cycle methodologies and DevOps principles.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
• Good to have knowledge related to AML or Payment related applications and processes
