• Management of Client’s complaints: Oversight and review of investigative actions carried out by concerned affiliates and communication of investigation results to the Client.
• Liaise with all relevant parties in accordance with the SCS Global procedures for the management any claim or complaint related to the product.

Monitoring of performance

• Monitoring of Auditors’ performance: Check of thoroughness and soundness of action plans proposed by affiliates to improve performance of local auditors. 
• Check of effectiveness of action plan through audit quality review of packages on a random basis.
• Monitoring of affiliate performance: Check and appraisal of action plans proposed by affiliates to improve effectiveness in the execution of the Client’s Programme. 
• Technical review for Audit Files from all affiliates as per sample size defined in Annual Management Review meeting.
• Take part in global SCS calls to discuss any relevant topics in relationship with the product he/she manages (by invitation)

Join Our Technical Service Team

We are looking for a hands-on, service-oriented Technical Manager to join our team in Singapore.

In this role, you will ensure the successful installation, maintenance, and performance of commercial dishwashing equipment, while providing technical support to customers, service partners, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

•     Support installation, testing, commissioning, and servicing of commercial dishwashing equipment.

•     Provide first-line technical support to customers, service partners, and internal team.

•     Conduct technical training for dealers, service partners, and end-users on proper equipment operation and basic maintenance.

•     Prepare and maintain service reports, maintenance records, and troubleshooting documentation.

•     Monitor equipment performance and assist in preventive maintenance planning.

•     Build strong customer relationships to maintain high service standards and satisfaction.

•     Support sales and operations teams with product demonstrations, site inspections, and technical clarifications.

•     Liaise with the factory or manufacturers on product updates, warranty matters, and technical support issues.

•     Assist in managing spare parts inventory and logistics to ensure efficient service operations.

•     Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Requirements

•     Diploma or Technical Certificate in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering.

•     3–5 years of technical service experience, preferably in commercial kitchen equipment, dishwashing equipment, or machinery.

•     Strong hands-on experience in installation, repair, and maintenance of technical equipment.

•     Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

•     Good communication skills, able to explain technical concepts and conduct training.

•     Willing to travel locally for site installation, servicing, and training.

•     Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and service documentation systems.

Preferred Experience

•     Familiarity with commercial kitchen or dishwashing equipment

•     Experience working with service partners, contractors, and equipment dealers.

•     Knowledge of commercial kitchen safety and hygiene standards.

•     Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and wiring diagrams.

Job Scope:

• Execute day-to-day administrative work
• Work with marketing team to regularly collate partners content for marketing communications, manage the marketing calendar and artworks for the team etc.
• Coordinate and execute events/ programme requirements with partners and event organiser.
• Coordinate and execute development of events logistics, tracking of the progress and run on-the-day activities.
• Manage activities at events that includes partner and programme management, marketing assets creation etc.
• Manage and compile events’ post-reporting requirements and data tracking.

Requirements:

• Degree in Business Administration/Mass communication
• Experience in project and budget management, business administration
