• Provide end-to-end training for engineers, equipping them with core workflows, including new product introduction, safety assessments, reviewing R&D reports, drafting and executing batch records, issuing blank batch records, training production staff, submitting and tracking equipment upgrades, monitoring material release, and managing change controls.
• Train engineers to proficiently use production systems such as Rocket, Trackwise, MRP, and WMS, enabling independent project management capabilities.
• Design and implement training programs for workshop technicians, integrating production expertise and knowledge from the Changzhou site into localized training materials to ensure standardized operations.
• Coordinate cross-departmental resources to improve project efficiency, promptly resolve complex on-site issues, and ensure production continuity and stability for on-time delivery.
• Engage in client communications and audits, providing closed-loop solutions for technical inquiries.
• Monitor early production phases at the Singapore site, promptly address anomalies, oversee batch record data integrity, and lead deviation investigations and CAPA implementation.
• Draft and optimize production-related documentation to ensure compliance with STA and GMP requirements, emphasizing operability and preventive measures.

Requirements:

• Proficient in reading and writing in both English and Chinese, capable of fluent technical communication with both the local Singapore team and the technical team in China.
• Working experience in CRDMO industry.
• Master’s degree or higher.
• Familiarity with chemical production equipment and process design, with the ability to conduct technical assessments from a production perspective. Expertise in end-to-end process management—from process review and production execution to issue resolution—ensuring efficient and stable project delivery at the Singapore site.
• Proficient in technical operations documentation systems and production tools (e.g., Rocket, MRP, WMS), with training capabilities. Deep understanding of GMP regulations and ability to translate them into executable workflows.
• Strong cross-departmental coordination skills, with experience in resource integration and driving multi-team collaboration for project success.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills, capable of drafting documentation and facilitating work discussions.

The role focuses on troubleshooting technical issues, improving Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), and maintaining high standards of quality and compliance within a regulated manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify issues, implement effective solutions, and support operational excellence.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or related field.
