Resident Technical Officer (Instrumentation, Control and Automation)
Roles & Responsibility
Supervise site installation works for instrumentation, control, and automation systems
Ensure works comply with approved drawings, specifications, method statements, and codes of practice
Monitor installation of sensors, transmitters, control panels, PLCs, SCADA systems, and field instruments
Witness and verify testing, calibration, loop checking, and commissioning activities
Review and check ICA-related shop drawings, method statements, and technical submissions
Coordinate with contractors, system integrators, consultants, and client representatives
Requirements
The RTOs shall be in the respective engineering specialties of (a) Civil/Structural, (b) Mechanical, (c) Electrical (d) Geotechnical and (e) Instrumentation, Control and Automation.
The RTOs shall have a minimum of five years of relevant experience in quality assurance inspections on large infrastructure project or waste management/water projects in Singapore and shall possess relevant diploma in engineering or equivalent certification.
