Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

• At least 3–5 years of experience as a System Analyst or Application Developer.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM/ERP) configuration and customization.

• Strong programming skills in Microsoft .NET Framework / .NET Core, particularly MVC, C#, and/or VB.NET.

• Solid experience in SQL Server development — queries, stored procedures, performance tuning.

• Knowledge of web technologies (HTML5, JavaScript, CSS, AJAX) and RESTful APIs.

• Experience with system integration and data migration tools.

• Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Git, or other CI/CD tools is a plus.

About the job

• Provide comprehensive L1-L3 support for edge optical transport networks, ensuring strict SLA compliance through rapid fault isolation and disciplined incident management.
• Proactively monitor DWDM network health and performance to identify potential issues before they impact customers, effectively reducing MTTR
• Troubleshoot all network incidents and customer-reported service issues within agreed-upon SLAs.
• Perform Network Monitoring, Incident Management, Diagnosis, and Resolution within SLA’s, OLA’s, and KPI’s.
• Provide regular updates to ticketing systems and progress incidents through to resolution.
• Liaise and escalate with external suppliers and internal departments to minimize network disruption and downtime.

Skills and experience required

As a successful applicant, you will have proven working experience in Optical Transport, DWDM. Hands on experience in Ciena will be of added advantage.

Proven track record working in a data center or cross connect experience is required for this role.
