As an Internet Data Center Engineer

As a member of the respondents, you will be part of the team responsible for the global operational support of Zenlayer Data Center located at Downtown L.A and other globally Data Centers. Your primary responsibility is to monitor a smooth process during shift and standby to resolve issue that may continue arise. Technology Lifecycle & Governance

·       Understanding of technology asset lifecycle (hardware, software, licenses), refresh planning, and obsolescence tracking.

·       Experience supporting vulnerability management and compliance validation.

5. Tools & Technical Skills

·       Proficiency in Power BI, advanced Excel (pivot tables, macros), Jira, and SharePoint/Confluence.

·       Ability to automate recurring reports and maintain data quality standards.

6. Stakeholder Management

·       Experience working in cross-functional teams and managing multiple priorities.

·       Strong communication skills for presenting data to senior leadership.

Key Domain/ Technical Skills

• CISSP or CISA certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements
• Perform feature engineering using customer, product, digital, and behavioural data
• Design and build scalable AI models
• Evaluate AI model performance using technical and business metrics
• Design end-to-end model pipeline and conduct various tests to ensure robustness of solution
• Prepare model documentations and testing reports

We are looking for people who

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or related fields.
• 3–5 years of experience in a data science or analytics role.
• Strong command of Python (especially for text analytics and data manipulation).
• Solid experience with SQL for querying large datasets.
• Familiar with machine learning libraries and GenAI.
• Ability to work with various types of data and derive meaningful insights.
• Strong communication skills and stakeholder management experience.
