• Build and maintain energy forecasting models for electricity, fuel, thermal energy, and peak demand, incorporating traditional and clean energy sources.

4. Third-party Assurance and Audit Support

• Prepare audit‑ready datasets, documentation, evidence, and data dictionaries for energy and GHG emissions assurance reviews.
• Serve as a key liaison between external auditors/assurance providers and internal teams.
• Support walkthroughs, sampling, and testing procedures by providing source data, calculations, and methodological explanations.
• Maintain traceable audit trails, version control, and documentation to meet assurance requirements (limited or reasonable assurance).
• Implement auditor feedback to strengthen internal controls and improve future assurance readiness.
• Assist in annual internal reviews of data processes, methodologies, and system controls to reduce audit findings and risks.

5. Energy Systems & Operations Support

• Partner with operations, facilities, engineering, and procurement to improve energy performance and optimize systems.
• Analyze performance of HVAC, lighting, manufacturing equipment, motors/drives, and building automation systems at a global level. Support site teams as appropriate.
• Support the assessment and validation of energy conservation measures and capital projects.

6. Data Engineering & Digital Tools

• Develop and maintain data pipelines, automation scripts, and analytics models using SQL, Python, BI tools.

• Mandarin speaking to communicate with Chinese stakeholders
• Basic understanding of the travel industry, commercial partnerships, and airline/supplier dynamics is a plus
• Ability to translate complex data into clear, concise insights and presentations for non-technical stakeholders.
• Comfortable presenting data and business insights in client-facing scenarios.
• 5 days work (Mon - Fri, 9am to 6pm) near Raffles Place MRT

Inviting applications for the role of Technical Support Analyst

As a Technical consultant, the role involves leading and supporting the end-to-end deployment of MES for a manufacturing client. Key responsibilities include understanding the current system landscape, collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and configure solutions, and ensuring smooth implementation through testing, training, and post-deployment support. The position requires maintaining data integrity during transitions, creating quality check processes, and troubleshooting issues while working closely with engineering, mechanics, and shift teams.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the end-to-end implementation of MES across manufacturing environments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, configure solutions, and ensure successful deployment.
• Support testing, training, and post-implementation activities.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing support to users.
• Document processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Consult with engineering and mechanics to ensure proper sequencing.
• Maintain data quality while transitioning.
• Create Quality Checks process to ensure routers go through proper approval channel (Quality Engineers & Shop focal)
• Post migration, perform checks to ensure data quality & sanity of router.
• Work closely with the people in different shifts and support Solumina implementation
• Participate in governance meetings and projects reviews to plan

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in field related.
• Experience in support implementation, preferably in MES or ERP systems.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred qualifications

• Background in aerospace or manufacturing industries is highly preferred.
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
• Comfortable working in shift hours
