Manage and support business systems, including call center, booking, and CRM platforms
Provide daily system support, troubleshooting, and user access management
Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and improve business processes
Analyze workflows and recommend system enhancements and automation opportunities
Support system testing, implementation, and upgrades
Coordinate system integrations and ensure smooth data flow across platforms
Maintain data accuracy and monitor system performance
Manage CRM configurations, workflows, and reporting dashboards
Liaise with vendors and internal teams for issue resolution and enhancements
Ensure compliance with data security and governance standards
Assist with documentation, reporting, and ad-hoc tasks as assigned
Job Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related discipline.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Systems Analyst, Application Specialist, or Technical Business Analyst.
- Hands-on experience with Zendesk/HubSpot CRM, Property, Management Systems, Call Center Platforms, and Online Booking Solutions will be added advantage
- Strong experience in API integration, RESTful services, and data flow management will be added advantage
- Familiarity with SQL, data mapping, and middleware tools (e.g., Zapier, Make, or custom integration frameworks) will be added advantage
