• Develop and expand assigned customer accounts through a solution-selling approach, proactively identifying client needs and recommending the most suitable technical solutions to address their challenges.
• Provide exceptional service throughout the entire sales cycle, from initial discussions to post-sales support, ensuring customer satisfaction, retention, and long-term loyalty.
• Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities within the Oil & Gas, Chemical, and Refinery sectors. Drive market penetration and revenue growth.
• Prepare accurate sales forecasts, develop account strategies, and monitor progress against agreed business objectives. Track key performance indicators to ensure targets are achieved.
• Work closely with the Engineering Services team to design and deliver value-added solutions tailored to customer requirements. Act as a bridge between technical teams and clients.
• Collaborate with internal departments (engineering, operations, and customer service) to ensure seamless project execution and exceed customer expectations.

Requirements:

• Min Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial, or related fields) preferred.
• Min 2-3 years of sales or application engineering experience in industrial products or technical sales.
• Good understanding of industrial markets such as pharmaceutical, power, data center, research, or manufacturing sectors.
• Knowledge of industrial fluid systems, instrumentation components, valves, fittings, or tubing systems is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Power BI).

Job Description:

The Technical Specialist is responsible for leading and supporting on-site fluid system services across complex projects.

• Execute and support on-site engineering activities (including STEPS and FISO programs)
• Perform technical troubleshooting, leak testing, and supervision of fluid system installations
• Act as the main technical point-of-contact for complex issues, escalations, and quality concerns
• Conduct root cause analysis and prepare detailed technical reports with recommendations
• Coordinate site activities, including permits, logistics, and stakeholder communication
• Support training delivery, customer engagement, and service promotion activities
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget

Requirements:

• Min Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a Instrumentation
• Min 3 years of relevant on-site experience in Oil & Gas, petrochemical, or related industries
• Strong hands-on experience with fluid systems and site-based work
• Ability to manage technical troubleshooting, coordination, and customer-facing responsibilities independently
• Good communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
