What You’ll Work On:

• Build and optimise high‑performance services using Core Java (JDK 11+)
• Design and implement efficient data structures & algorithms
• Work across SQL / NoSQL databases (Oracle, MySQL, Postgres, MongoDB, Cassandra, etc.)
• Develop messaging‑driven components using Kafka, Tibco, Solace, or similar MQ tech
• Tune, debug, and deploy services on Linux, with strong understanding of JVM internals
• Write clean, maintainable code using TDD
• Take ownership of L3 production support and deep‑dive troubleshooting
  

What You Bring:

• 5+ years of experience
• Strong Core Java fundamentals + hands‑on multithreading experience
• Solid grasp of algorithms, data structures, and system design
• Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases
• Exposure to enterprise MQ technologies
• Comfort working in Linux environments
• Passion for clean code, testing, and engineering best practices
• Ability to handle production issues with ownership and clarity
• Experience working for a bank
• Financial markets, trading systems, or high‑throughput distributed platforms is a "nice to have" but not essential.
