Job Summary

Support financial operations and reporting within a manufacturing environment by managing cash controls, cost analysis, audits, and compliance, while providing financial and administrative support to operational teams.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing budgets to support financial planning and control
• Manage cash controls and reconcile bank statements to ensure accurate cash flow tracking
• Perform timely and accurate account receivables and payables processing to maintain financial integrity
• Update and record financial transactions accurately to ensure reliable accounting records
• Prepare balance sheets, income statements, and expense reports to provide clear financial insights
• Participate in financial audits to ensure compliance and accuracy of financial records
• Monitor and update standard costs in the ERP system to maintain accurate costing data
• Analyze cost variances and prepare costing reports by evaluating revenue and expenses for financial decision-making
• Provide financial support to the operations team by resolving related operational financial issues
• Conduct quarterly stock counts to verify inventory accuracy and support financial reporting
• Prepare and submit quarterly GST returns to comply with tax regulations
• Liaise with tax agents for annual tax filing to ensure timely and accurate submissions
• Coordinate and monitor fixed assets budgeting to control capital expenditures
• Support HR and administrative functions across the Group of Companies to facilitate smooth operations

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting or Finance, or ACCA certification preferred
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment
• Proven experience in manufacturing standard costing, auditing, budgeting, and financial planning
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Good command of English and Mandarin for effective communication
• Knowledge of the Epicor ERP system is highly preferred

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Design, develop, troubleshooting and debug PC based automated handler control machine for our full range of semiconductor equipment.
• Evaluate and feasibility study on the customer’s machine specifications.
• Provide technical support to internal and external customers to fulfill their requirements.
• Be the key driver for continuous improvement plans for new and existing machine capabilities.
• Coordinate with customer for any new enquiry with sale personnel if needed.
• Build and nurture a culture in engineering organization of harmony, quality, ownership, collaboration, continuous improvement and data-driven decision making.

MAIN JOB SPECIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS

• Degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering or Mechatronics or Computer Science or its equivalent.
• Proficient in C++ & C# WPF Programming Language and windows programming
• Strong in object orientated programming.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills to effectively communicate with stakeholders and team members.
• Possess good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong problem solving, analytical skills and be able to work independently with least guidance and in a team environment.
• Demonstrating a very good teamwork within the engineering department
• At least 3 years working experience in related field or fresh graduate with excellent academic achievement are encouraged to apply.
• Experience in machine software development in semiconductor field will be an added advantage.
• Able to travel to customer site for machine software control support and able to work extra hours to support urgent project.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Review and feasibility study on the customer vision specifications.
• Responsible to do vision application based on customer’s samples and generate vision application report.
• Able to configure vision hardware (camera, lens, optics and lighting) to match/apply to the vision inspection needs.
• Liaise with supplier to source new/alternative equivalent replacement if the vision hardware/component is obsoleted.
• Able to configure vision hardware (combination of camera, lens, optics or lighting) with the focal length needed in CAD.
• Setup a vision lab with necessary equipment needed.
• Fine-tuning vision parameters to achieve the best inspection result.
• Be the key driver for continuous improvement plans for new and existing inspection capabilities.
• Coordinate with customer for any new enquiry with sale personnel if needed.
• Build and nurture a culture in engineering organization of harmony, quality, ownership, collaboration, continuous improvement and data-driven decision making.
