Job Description

We are looking for a Technical Design & Production Specialist to support product design, sample creation, and marketing initiatives. This role combines technical design, hands-on production, and creative collaboration with the marketing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and produce small product samples for marketing and client use
• Use CAD software (e.g. SolidWorks) to create technical drawings
• Operate laser equipment to produce finished products
• Support marketing team in content creation (e.g. videos, livestreams)
• Provide basic technical support to customers on machine usage and settings
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams on product ideas and applications

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Design, or related field
• Experience with CAD software such as SolidWorks or AutoCAD
• Hands-on experience with machinery or fabrication equipment preferred
• Basic understanding of product design and production processes
• Comfortable supporting marketing activities (e.g. video, demo, livestream)
• Creative and innovative mindset
