ROLE SUMMARY

We are seeking a hands-on Senior Technical Lead & Solution Architect to anchor the technical direction of complex banking product and platform builds delivered to global financial institutions. The role blends deep engineering leadership with architecture ownership: setting technical standards, designing scalable and secure solutions, leading interface and API development, and steering agile squads through multi-wave delivery across both cloud and on-premises environments. The successful candidate has progressed from senior engineering into a mid-level architecture remit within IT services and/or banking product organisations, and is comfortable operating between code, design authority forums, and client-facing technical governance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Solution & technical architecture — own end-to-end solution design for product and integration workstreams; produce HLDs/LLDs, component models, sequence flows and non-functional specifications; chair or contribute to design authority / architecture review boards.

• Engineering leadership — lead technical squads (onshore/offshore) across the full SDLC; set coding standards, branching strategy, code-review discipline and definition-of-done; act as senior escalation point for technical risk.

• Interfaces & API development — design and govern system-to-system interfaces and API contracts (REST/SOAP, event/streaming, file-based and messaging); own interface cataloguing, versioning, schema governance and backward-compatibility strategy.

• Product engineering — drive feature engineering on core banking / transaction-banking products; balance configurability vs. customisation, manage technical debt, and uphold productisation principles for reusable, multi-tenant builds.

• Agile delivery — run agile ceremonies as technical lead; translate epics into technical stories, estimate with the team, and protect velocity while maintaining quality gates and CI/CD discipline.

• Cloud & on-premises deployment — architect for both cloud-native (containers, managed services, IaC) and on-premises data-centre topologies; address HA/DR, scalability, observability and environment management for each.

• Non-functional & security — embed performance, resilience, scalability and security-by-design; partner with infosec on threat modelling, secure SDLC, secrets management and compliance to banking regulatory expectations (e.g. MAS TRM where applicable).

• Client & stakeholder engagement — present designs and trade-offs to bank architecture teams, CIOs and technical SteerCos; defend decisions, manage dependencies and align on integration landscapes.

• Mentorship — coach senior and mid-level engineers, conduct technical assessments, and raise the engineering bar across the delivery centre.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

• 12–15 years in software engineering with demonstrable progression into a technical lead and mid-level architect role.

• Proven experience across both IT services organisations and software product companies, with substantial exposure to the banking / financial services domain.

• Track record of leading agile product engineering and complex systems integration / interface development for enterprise-grade platforms.

• Hands-on delivery experience across both cloud and on-premises implementations.

• Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent; recognised architecture certification (e.g. TOGAF) and/or relevant cloud certification is an advantage.

Responsibilities:

Customer Management

The TAM is responsible for establishing and maintaining a delivery governance model with the customer at the operational, management and executive levels, as applicable. As the customer’s primary point of contact for the delivery of the ACS contract, TAMs maintain relationships with customer stakeholders, understanding and aligning their objectives and perceptions with the contract scope. Tasks include escalation management, orchestrating resources from across Client to provide resolution without need to escalate further, and serving as the customer trusted advisor, identifying risks where applicable, and proactively guiding the customer to successful outcomes in the use of Oracle technologies to support their business. The TAM is also expected to help the customer understand the wider Customer Services organization to enable their customers to maximize their experience and benefit of their Premier Support contract.

Service Management

Whether a project or a support service, the TAM is responsible for the delivery to the contract terms, for the effective and efficient use of ACS resources, achieving the estimated contract margin and burn rate expectations. Management also includes the distribution of documents and deliverables, accurate record keeping in order to support business management that meet quality review and audit expectations.

Business Development

TAMs communicate and manage customer satisfaction, perception of value and promote renewals and extensions of contracts where appropriate. They should identify other opportunities client to help the customer meet their IT and business objectives, and to support the ACS sales teams in pursuit of incremental business in existing and prospective customers.

The Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate will typically be expected to demonstrate the following attributes:

∙Good functional understanding on Oracle SaaS - HCM, ERP SCM Modules

∙Experience with implementation and support of Oracle SaaS HCM / SCM Applications, including at least 2 full cycle projects

∙Experience conducting a project management in cloud-based (Oracle SaaS) technology

∙Hands-on Oracle SaaS HCM / SCM /ERP implementation experience

∙Effectively manages scope and customer expectations on individual assignments

Participate in the development and implementation of Automation solutions in line with S88 standards for the plant.

Requirements

Experience in a similar role, ideally in the Pharmaceutical and/or Biotechnology industry.

Emerson DeltaV DCS system experience and DeltaV Batch experience required

Experience in the Designing and commissioning of DeltaV DCS project for GMP manufacturing site.

Technical proficiency on controls systems including familiarity with control panels, networking, panel/field wiring and PLC control systems.

Through understanding of Batch s88 standards (CM, EM, Phases, Recipes, Units etc)

Familiarity with GAMP lifecycle and quality management processes employed in the pharmaceutical sector

Ability to work well in a team environment

We are seeking a qualified Network Automation Engineer with at least 5 years of hands on experience in enterprise networking, network automation, and SDN technologies. The ideal candidate will design, develop, validate, and maintain automation solutions that adhere to industry best practices—spanning Cisco NX OS/Catalyst platforms.

This role requires expertise in automation frameworks, scripting, network provisioning, troubleshooting workflows, and NX OS/Catalyst operational tooling.

Reporting to the Engineering Manager, the systems engineer will provide engineering design, technical configuration, drawing of various telecommunication systems.

He/ She will possess extensive knowledge and experience in Engineering design of telecommunication, safety & security and marine navigation systems covering technologies such as IP Infrastructure, WIFI WLAN, Firewall security, IP-PABX, PAGA, CCTV, VCS, TETRA/DMR UHF/VHF Radio, GMDSS Radio, GEO/MEO/LEO VSAT, IPTV, Radar, Gyrocompass and etc and provide engineering design, technical configuration, proof of concept as well as drawing instruction of various telecom systems.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of engineering design and make a truly access and understanding of client requirement and propose the right solution to fit the specs.
• Produce engineering document (VDRL) and close the client comments in a timely, high quality and accurate manner.
• Produce scratch drawing and guide the AUTOCAD drafter to come out the engineering drawing deliverables.
• Adapt the industrial standard and best practice into the engineering drawing preparation, design, review, and submission.
• Guide the in-house technician for equipment assembly and cabinet integration; implement the system configuration, simulation, testing and verification.
• Conduct factory acceptance testing (FAT) to client and provide in-house training to client as well as commissioning engineer.
• Any other ad hoc tasks required for business needs.
