We are looking for a Full Stack Developer with foundational to intermediate AI/ML knowledge to help build intelligent , scalable software applications with AI features.

You will collaborate with software teams in projects delivered using either Waterfall or Agile methodologies, depending on business/client requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain full stack web applications (frontend and backend)
• Integrate pre-built or internally developed AI/ML models into applications
• Build and consume RESTful APIs and backend services
• Support AI feature development such as chatbots, recommendation systems, or automation testing tools
• Work with data scientists to test and deploy machine learning models
• Create responsive UI components and improve user experience

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Backend development experience with: Java Spring Boot, Node.js, Python (Flask/Fast API), or similar

12. Leverage Go concurrency patterns (goroutines, channels, context) to buildhigh-throughput and resilient services
13. Implement observability (logging, metrics, tracing) using tools such asOpenTelemetry, Prometheus, or Grafana
14. Work with distributed systems, including caching (e.g., Redis), messaging(e.g., Kafka), and database optimization
15. Participate in code reviews, enforce coding standards, and mentor juniordevelopers

As part of the implementation of PowerCARDsolutions, the Senior Implementation Engineer/ software developer is responsible for studying specifications,configuring the solution, developing client-specific functionalities,supporting testing activities (SIT, UAT, Migration, Certification, NFT), andensuring delivery. The role guarantees a successful and efficient integrationof our solution at the client site while complying with contractual deadlines.

Role Objectives & KeyResponsibilities:

1. Technicalstudies and specifications

• Participate in technical studies to identify configuration needs and specific developments
• Present standard interfaces
• Prepare technical specifications for interfaces and mapping

2.Client-specific developments

• Prepare Technical Specification Forms (TSFs) based on BSD for specific functionalities
• Prepare TSFs for client-specific interfaces
• Perform client-specific developments according to TSFs
• Conduct unit testing of developments
• Fix bugs identified by the testing team

3. Solutionconfiguration and implementation

• Support solution parameterization to meet client requirements
• Configure and integrate the different solution modules

• Diagnose and resolve bugs reported by the client

• Prepare and deliver patches, ensuring proper handover to the HPS Support team

5. Reportingand performance contribution

6. Supportand mentoring

• Provide guidance, support, and upskilling to junior team members
• Supervise junior engineers in all their activities

Profile of the Job Holder:

• Education Level: Master’s degree (BAC+5) in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
• Experience: Minimum 5 years in software implementation, configuration, and project delivery
• Strong knowledge of payment solutions, certification processes (Visa, Mastercard), and client-specific developments
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills
• Ability to mentor junior team members and interact with multiple stakeholders

• 5+ years of enterprise computing experience, including 3 years of application engineering experience with Native Development and React Native experience would be big plus

Technical Skillsets:

Good experience in native iOS & android app development exposure. Possess strong CS fundamentals, including Data Structure & Algorithms. Strong sense of design and user-centered perspective. Sound knowledge with security by design technologies such as encryption, MFA authentications, OAuth, OWASP Top Ten and industry standards.
