- Partner with internalstakeholders to execute talent acquisition strategies.
- Create comprehensive searchassignments, ensuring a thorough understanding of the job responsibilities,business requirements and talent gaps.
- Develop and maintain strongworking relationships with hiring managers, P&C Business Partner’s,vendors, and Talent Acquisition colleagues to create a partnership that yieldsconsistent process and results.
- Develop a thoroughknowledge of business and culture in order to help candidates fully comprehendand embrace the career opportunity.
- Develop and maintain anetwork of internal/external contacts to help source high potential talent.
- Develop and execute talentsourcing plans
- Design, plan and executeemployer branding activities.
- Perform analysis of hiringneeds and provide employee hiring forecasts.
- Review employmentapplication and background check reports. Maintain accurate documentation onall stages of the hiring process.
- Follow company regulationsand all implemented standard system.
- Other responsibilities asper Company assigned.
Requirements:
· At least 7 years oftalent acquisition or recruiting experience
· Well versed withsourcing candidates form FMCG industry
· Proficient withrecruiting tools such as LinkedIn, SuccessFactors
· Strong candidate management skills
