1. Provide fullspectrum human resource functions support including recruitment, payrollprocessing and administration, compensation and benefits, employee relationsand retention programs, employee learning and development etc.

2. Assist andsupport in providing HR advisory service to line functions and ensure allemployment activities and HR practices are aligned with HR policies and incompliance with employment legislations.

3. Liaise closelywith hiring managers on their recruitment requirements, establish and manageall recruitment resources and activities creatively and effectively to deliverconsistent and timely manpower results. 

4. Process andmonitor all work pass matters including application, renewal, cancellation ofpass holders, security bond, updates of OFWAS etc.

5. Handle allrecruitment processes and its related administrations from onboarding tooffboarding of employees as well as any other employment changes i.e.confirmation, transfer, deployment, re-employment etc.

6. Provide timelyand accurate payroll processing and all related reports as well as allstatutory reports submissions and filing requirements e.g. IR21, CPF, IRAS, NSetc, and ensure its compliance with company’s policies and locallegislations. 

7. Build rapport,engage and sustain good relationship with all stakeholders.

8. Providesupport in the compilation of HR reports, government surveys and submissions.

9. Assist andsupport in the annual budgeting and full appraisal exercise cycle.

10.  Support andcoordinate employee engagement and talent management programs such as inductionand orientation, training and development program, internships and industrialattachment.

11.  Assist inplanning and organizing employee engagement and team bonding activities i.e.townhall sessions, work health promotion and recreational activities and eventsetc.

12.  Be part of theteam to provide support in reviewing policies and contracts renewal includingcollective agreements, staff insurance policies, staff bus contract etc.

13.  Handle all HRadministration including birthday vouchers, update of internal telephonedirectory, proper filing of all documentations and records in soft and hardcopies.

14. Any other duties as and when assigned by the ReportingOfficer/Head of Department.

Requirements:

·        Minimum a Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent

·        At least 2 years of hands-on relevant experience preferably in serviceor hospitality industry. Those with payroll processing and training &development experience would be an added advantage.

·        Good knowledge of local HR practices and employment legislations

·        Proficient in MS applications.

·        Possess good interpersonal and communication skills

·        Meticulous and details orientated

About

This temporary role supports HR operations across the employee lifecycle, ensuring compliance, smooth HR processes, and operational support while the incumbent HR staff is on maternity leave. The role focuses on administration, recruitment, payroll support, reporting, and employee engagement, providing a well-rounded HR experience in a fast-paced environment

Reporting: Reports to the Senior HR Manager based at another site, with regular remote coordination via calls, emails, and virtual meetings, while providing on-site HR support and working closely with the site Operations Heads on day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities
1. HR Administration

• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
• Prepare HR-related documents such as employment contracts, confirmation letters, and memos
• Ensure proper documentation and filing (electronic and physical)

2. Recruitment& Onboarding

• Post job advertisements, screen candidates and coordinate interview arrangements
• Prepare offer letters and onboarding materials
• Conduct onboarding briefings for new hires
• Handle Work Pass applications and renewals, including related processes such as security bonds and other statutory requirements

3. Payroll &Benefits Support

• Support payroll activities by collecting attendance, leave records, and related documents for processing
• Administer employee benefits such as insurance and leave entitlements
• Handle employee queries related to payroll and benefits, escalating sensitive matters to HQ HR

4. Leave &Attendance Management

• Monitor employee attendance and leave records
• Ensure accurate and timely updates in the HR system

5. Employee Relations& Policy Guidance

• Serve as a point of contact for HR-related inquiries and provide guidance on policies
• Support implementation of HR policies, procedures, and initiatives
• Assist in offboarding processes, including exit interviews and clearance
• Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events

6. Employee Engagement& Communication

• Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events
• Support internal HR communications and feedback initiatives

7. General Administration

• Support office administrative duties and coordination
• Responsible for handling general office reception and administration duties, including managing office suppliers such as stationery, pantry, and office maintenance
• Assist with ad hoc HR and administrative tasks as required

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent
• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in HR
• IT-savvy with good proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (especially Excel)
• Experience with HRMS systems(e.g. Info-Tech, Workday) will be advantageous
• Good knowledge of MOM regulations and other statutory boards’ regulations
• Well-organised, systematic, meticulous, multi-tasking, and a good team player
• Proficient in both English and Mandarin
• Able to work independently in a stand-alone role

Duties & Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook assigned dishes for serving according to the menu

Assist in the upkeep and sanitization of food preparation area, processing equipment and cooking utensils

Prepare all food according to all safety standards stipulated by local regulatory agencies

Report to Head Cook on any faulty equipment

Assist to modify and implement dishes in accordance to customer feedback

Perform any other related duties as assigned by the Head Cook

Requirements:

At least 2 years of relevant work experience

Knowledge of ASEAN Cuisine is a essential including Thai Vietnam or Indonesia Cuisine

Good food styling skills is an advantage

Enjoy cooking and able to withstand kitchen environment

Able to work on a split-shift, 6 days week basis
