What You’ll Do

• Engage business owners, HR leaders, and management teams to understand organisational and workforce challenges
• Conduct consultative discussions to identify leadership, performance, capability, engagement, and development gaps
• Recommend suitable solutions in Leadership Development, Talent Development, Team Building, Employee Engagement, Organisational Development and E-learning & Learning Solutions
• Prepare proposals and present recommendations aligned to business needs
• Build trusted relationships with stakeholders and support long-term client engagement
• Work closely with Product Development & Solutions, Marketing, BD, and Operations teams to ensure impactful client outcomes and smooth delivery
• Contribute to portfolio growth and business performance through strong stakeholder engagement and solution adoption

What We’re Looking For

• 3–5 years of experience in Talent Development, L&D, HRBP, Organisational Development, HR, Corporate Training, Consulting, or client-facing advisory roles
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills
• Able to understand organisational challenges and recommend practical solutions
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
• Strong ownership, responsiveness, and relationship-building capability

Human Resources

1. Assist the HR & Admin Manager in all HR-related matters to ensure smooth operations and alignment with business objectives.
2. Involved in the full spectrum of HR activities including employee engagement, employee relations, orientation and training, payroll, compensation and benefits, recruitment, learning and development and performance management. 
3. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
4. Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract talents.
5. Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and hiring decisions.
6. Collaborate with department heads to ensure workforce planning aligns with business objectives. 
7. Business Partnering Role:
8. To assist in managing employment dispute, provide guidance and advice in handling staff disciplinary and personal grievance cases and union matters.
9. Ensure proper implementation of terms and conditions and observance of relevant labor legislation.
10. Maintain knowledge of and ensure compliance with employment practices and regulations.
11. Compensation & Benefits:
12. Manage performance appraisal and salary review exercises.
13. To assist in reviewing and recommending changes. 
14. Ensure the confidentiality and privacy of all employee and payroll information.

17. Human Resources Information System:
18. Ensure that employees’ records are updated and documented accurately.
19. Ensure that System is able to support current business processes.

22. Assist with payroll processing and address employee inquiries related to compensation.

Administrative

1. Office Management

• Oversee day-to-day office operations, including maintenance, supplies, and equipment.

2. Vendor Management

• Liaise with vendors and suppliers for office-related services and supplies.
• Negotiate contracts / agreements when necessary and ensure cost-effectiveness.

3. Travel and Event Coordination

• Arrange travel and accommodation for employees and visitors.
• Assist in planning and coordinating company events and meetings.

4. Documentation & Procedure Compliance

• Maintain administrative records, such as contracts, invoices, and correspondence.
• Ensure that administrative processes and procedures are in compliance with company policies and regulations.

5. Facilities Management

• Ensure a safe and productive work environment for employees.
• Coordinate maintenance activities and repairs for office facilities and equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Payroll Support: 
• Maintain accurate and timely payroll input data (new hires, leavers, promotions, allowances).
• Perform checks on HRIS changes to ensure payroll implications are accurate. 
• Run payroll simulation or pre-validation when required to ensure data accuracy. 
• Support payroll specialist with leave-related calculations. 

• Medical Benefits Administrations: 
• Administer employee benefits (enrolment, termination, changes).
• Manage claim escalations and assist in renewal.  
• Maintain benefits SOPs and track utilisation reports for insights and audits. 
• Leave Administrations & Management: 
• Review and approve leave requests that require HR validation (exceptions, manual entries, backdated submissions). 
• Manage year end leave carry-forward calculations. 
• Ensure accurate setup of public holidays across the countries (validate that country public holiday calendars align with local labor law).
• Coordinate changes immediately when the government announces special holidays. 
• Expense Claim Administration: 
• Audit employee expense claims for policy compliance.
• Review supporting documentation and resolve discrepancies.
• Respond to employee queries regarding expense claims and escalations.

Key Competencies & Skills

• Hands-on experience with payroll and HRIS systems (preferably Workday).
• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets for reporting, and data analysis.
• High integrity and discretion in handling sensitive data.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and process compliance.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of payroll experience.

Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on and proactive HR Generalist to support end-to-end HR operations across the employee lifecycle. This role will partner closely with business leaders to drive HR initiatives, ensure operational excellence, and enhance employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

1. HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle
