Qualifications

Must-Have

• 2–3 years’ HR experience (generalist, HR operations, or junior HRBP exposure).
• Strong coordination, organisational, and administrative skills.
• Ability to support senior leaders with professionalism and discretion.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
• Comfortable with spreadsheets and HR systems.
• Fresh graduates holding Higher Nitec in Human Resource and Administration or Specialist Diplomas/Diplomas in HR disciplines from local polytechnics are welcome to apply

Nice-to-Have

• Prior executive assistant or PA experience supporting leaders.
• Experience working in a regional or MNC environment.
• Exposure to Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, BambooHR or similar.

Job Requirements

• Good track record in providing Customer Service/ Telemarketer.
• Proven experience as Recruitment Consultant, HR Consultant or similar position will be an added advantage
• Min. 2 years of Customer Service/ Telemarketer/ Cold-calling in a Call Centre environment experience.
• Experience working as a Telemarketer in a Bank or Contact Centre environment is highly desirable.
• Able to communicate effectively and professionally over the phone.
• Confident and pleasant personality
• Enjoy talking to people over the phone.

• Able to work independently and as a team

**Incumbent must be CEI Certified or willing to go for the CEI course is required.
