Responsibilities:
- Manage accurate and timely monthly payroll processing for all employee groups, including overtime, leave, and other entitlements.
- Administer CPF contributions and ensure compliance with statutory requirements and submission deadlines.
- Prepare and submit statutory tax filings, including IR8A and related reports, in accordance with regulatory guidelines.
- Maintain and update attendance and HR records, ensuring accuracy of shift schedules, leave, and overtime data.
- Generate payroll and HR reports to support management review and decision-making.
- Oversee end-to-end application, renewal, and cancellation of work passes (EP, S Pass, Work Permit) via relevant government portals.
- Ensure compliance with job advertising and workforce quota requirements prior to work pass applications.
- Prepare and issue employment contracts and offer letters in line with legal and organisational standards.
- Coordinate onboarding activities, including documentation, system access, orientation, and payroll registration.
- Manage offboarding processes, including final payroll, tax clearance submissions, and record archiving.
- Support recruitment activities by posting job advertisements, screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and issuing offers.
- Act as the first point of contact for HR-related enquiries, employee relations matters, and policy interpretation.
- Prepare HR documentation for disciplinary actions, performance management, and terminations in compliance with regulations.
- Maintain and update HR policies, employee handbook, and ensure ongoing compliance with employment legislation.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of HR experience in Singapore with hands-on experience in payroll processing and CPF administration.
- Working knowledge of the Singapore Employment Act, MOM regulations, CPF requirements, and work pass frameworks.
- Experience managing the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, and statutory filings such as IR8A and IR21.
Advantage:
- Experience in a F&B/ manufacturing environment with shift-based workforce
- Familiarity with HR and payroll systems such as Info-Tech, Talenox, or similar platforms
- IHRP certification
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
