The Opportunity
This is a strategic and hands-on HR Business Partner role supporting senior leaders across a dynamic regional platform. The successful candidate will help shape people strategy, strengthen organisational capability, and support the business through growth, change, and workforce evolution.
Key Responsibilities
Partner senior leaders on people strategy, workforce planning, organisation design, and change management
Translate business priorities into practical HR initiatives that support performance, engagement, and retention
Drive talent review, succession planning, leadership development, and performance management processes
Advise on employee relations matters, workplace issues, and policy interpretation with sound judgment and discretion
Support transformation, culture-building, employee engagement, and organisational effectiveness initiatives
Partner closely with HR teams across the employee lifecycle and contribute to regional HR projects
Use people data and insights to support decision-making and continuous improvement
Requirements
Degree qualified with strong HR Business Partnering experience in regional or global organisations
Around 10-15 years of HR experience, with meaningful exposure supporting senior stakeholders in complex environments
Strong track record in organisation design, talent management, change management, and strategic workforce planning
Commercially minded, hands-on, and comfortable operating in fast-evolving businesses
Strong stakeholder management skills, with credibility at senior leadership level
Sound knowledge of employment practices and employee relations in Singapore, with broader APAC exposure preferred
Prior experience in renewable energy, infrastructure, industrial, or other scaling regional businesses will be advantageous

You are credible with senior stakeholders, comfortable navigating complexity, and motivated by the opportunity to shape talent, culture, and organisational capability in a growth environment.
