• Compensation & Benefits: Lead compensation and benefits programs, including payroll calculation, performance management, job evaluation, rewards planning, healthcare insurance, etc. Act as a HR representative on the Board’s Remuneration Committee.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
