Job Title: HR & Finance, Assistant
Location: Taiseng
Basic Salary: $3,500 - $4,000 (Depends on Exeperience)
Working Day: Monday - Friday
Working Hours: 9am - 6pm

• To support daily HR and finance matters.
• Assist in handling the full spectrum of HR functions including the recruitment & onboarding process.
• Assist in Compensation & Benefits administration.
• Assist in monthly payroll processing.
• Assist in administering work pass applications.
• Assist in administering all government claims (Maternity leave, NS claim, Child-care leave claim etc)
• Ensure proper filing and maintenance of employees’ records etc.
• ·AR duties – Assist in preparing invoices and timely update of incoming receipts in the accounting system. Prepare Aging reports and follow up with customers on all outstanding payments.
• Assist in the upkeep of the fixed asset register.
• AP duties – Assist in posting invoices, preparing payments, checking cash claims, and processing payments.
• Assist in the year-end audit process.
• Assist in month-end closing.
• Assist in performing stock-take and reconciling inventories.
• Any other responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in Human Resources or equivalent discipline
• Ability to multi-task and meet tight timelines.
• Meticulous and process-driven
• Minimum 2 to 3 years of relevant experience. Experience in the Healthcare/Retail industry will be advantageous.
• Proficient in MS Office and familiar with Navision and Hyperion preferably

Key Responsibilities

Human Resources

• Maintain and update employee records, personnel files, and HR databases

• Prepare HR documentation such as employment contracts, confirmation letters, and HR correspondence

• Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation and checklists

• Track employee leave, attendance, and benefits administration

• Respond to routine HR-related queries from employees

Accounting & Finance Support

• Assist with monthly payroll processing, including basic calculations for allowances, deductions, and overtime

• Prepare CPF contributions and other statutory submissions

• Maintain payroll records, schedules, and supporting documentation

• Organise and file accounting documents for audit and reference

• Support basic finance reporting as required
